ZURVI Stoneground is milled the traditional way — between revolving stones at controlled speed — but on fully automatic chakki equipment that prevents over-burning and eliminates the grit common to legacy stone mills.
The wheat undergoes multi-stage cleaning, conditioning, and tempering before milling, then is sealed within hours of grinding to lock in freshness. The whole grain is retained: bran, germ, and endosperm in their natural proportions.
This is the atta that gives you soft, fluffy rotis that stay pliable for hours — without dough conditioners, without bleach, without compromise.
