Sourced from heirloom Swarna paddy grown in Jharkhand's eastern grain belt, ZURVI Heirloom is milled in a fully automated continuous-flow system using SATAKE Japan sorting technology — the same engineering trusted by the world's premier rice brands.
Each kernel passes through multi-stage cleaning, destoning, polishing, and optical sortex sorting before sealing. The result is a uniform, low-broken, low-foreign-matter rice with the soft texture and aromatic finish that defines authentic non-basmati cooking.
