24-month exclusivity with a clear volume waterfall. Minimum-volume commitments per quarter. Automatic non-exclusivity trigger only if 70% of plan missed for two consecutive quarters.

  • 02Active import licensing and product registration capability in your market (FSDA, SFDA, SFA, FSVP, ESMA — region-specific).
  • 03Halal-trade experience and the warehousing infrastructure to handle halal-segregated storage.
  • 04Sufficient financial strength to support L/C at sight for the first six shipments.
  • 05Willingness to commit to a 24-month exclusive with quarterly volume milestones, in exchange for a real trade-marketing fund.
